Terms & Conditions for Tastings and WSET Courses

Booking and Payment
Payment is by Swish or bank transfer. On acceptance of your registration and payment, an email of confirmation will be sent out to you. If you booked and paid for a WSET course Level 2 or Level 3 you will be sent the study material by post. Attendance to a tasting or course is only possible if you are above the legal minimum age of drinking alcohol.

Cancellation Policy & General Enquiries
In the event of cancellation for any reason, exchanges or full refunds will only be given if notification is given at least 14 days before the date of the event. Exchanges and refunds are only possible after this time if we are able to re-sell your place on the course or at the tasting. Examination
Should the outcome of an examination not be successful, the student has the possibility of retaking the exam at a small cost covering the price of the examination and administrative charges.

Allergy Information
In case of any food or pet allergy (nuts, dogs..) please inform Nordic Wine Tastings prior to attending a tasting or course.

Special circumstances
Should you have any disability that necessitates special circumstances during the delivery of the course or at the examination, please inform Nordic Wine Tastings prior to paying for a tasting or a course.

Responsible Drinking
As a business it is our policy to encourage responsible drinking. We would refer you to Drinkaware’s website for further information. Furthermore, we do not serve alcohol to people who are under age or who appear to be intoxicated.

Tasting & Course Etiquette
Please do not bring children and pets to tastings or courses. Please note that there is a no smoking policy at the venue. We also ask you to refrain from wearing perfume or strong scents of any kind whether it be aftershave, body creams or deodorants.

Privacy Policy
Nordic Wine Tastings collects your personal data for the purpose of giving you the training course or tasting that you signed up for. Your details are kept by Nordic Wine Tastings and are not passed on to a third party other than the WSET head office in London, should you be taking a WSET course, and that for the purpose of the examination. Your details are held on record for 5 years after which time they will be safely destroyed. If you have opted to receive news, information on upcoming courses and tastings from Nordic Wine Tastings you have the possibility of opting out at a later date by simply informing Nordic Wine Tastings. You have the right to request that Nordic Wine Tastings erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
